Tennessee has proposed a bill to honor one of their state's most recognizable citizens, the beloved Dolly Parton. However, Dolly decided not to accept this honor and of course she did so with incredible class.

Ladies and gentlemen, the incomparable Dolly Parton:

Left, right, or center, there is no one in America more universally beloved than Dolly Parton.

Her grace and class on full display, the famed singer simply declines the honor, for now.
