Look out kids, a creeper is on the loose!
(Or is he?)
The video immediately incited local panic that there was a dangerous child snatcher on the loose.
But after an investigation by local police and the neighborhood HOA, it turns out there was no kidnapping attempt.
A local news report reported that the Dallas Police say there is no danger to the public, and that the kids seem to have lied.
According to the report, the driver of the vehicle was under 18, and stopped after the kids threw a water balloon at his car.
When he got out to confront the kids, they ran home and claimed they had almost been kidnapped.
Those little twerps had better be grounded.
