Dallas Express reporter Logan Washburn says the kidnapping took place close to a "massive" migrant housing complex in Houston:
Washburn says that Rosales-Espinoza, who was granted a green card under the Obama administration, is now being prepped for deportation.
Of course, a judge could rule that deportation of the accused child kidnapper/rapist is too mean.
Woke judges do seem to hate deporting gangsters and rapists.
