Remember earlier this week when we learned about the alleged Election Day terror attack plotter from Afghanistan who was recently arrested by the FBI?
We knew that he had reportedly "helped Americans" over in Afghanistan, giving him a fast-track entry into the United States when he wanted to come here.
Turns out, he was apparently a lot more involved with the U.S. than just "helping:"
An Afghan national accused of plotting an ISIS-inspired Election Day terror attack in the US worked for the CIA in Afghanistan, according to a new report.
I love it when the memes hit close to reality.
Nasir Ahmad Tawhedi, 27, who was nabbed in Oklahoma on Monday over the alleged terror plot, was employed as a security guard for the agency but was not a CIA informant, NBC News reported, citing multiple sources.
Ahh, okay. So he was just the muscle. Every time the CIA needed a guy, they just yelled:
... and there he was!
Thank goodness the CIA had someone so trustworthy guarding them. Thank goodness they let the the guy into the country! And thank goodness they did their homework:
It also wasn't known if there were signs that Tawhedi had ties to radical Islam before he entered the US, the sources told NBC.
Nice to see our intelligence apparatus is so, well, intelligent!
