Well, we all knew this was going to happen. President Trump even said as much when he was signing the order.
Lefty judges are already fighting Trump's order clarifying the 14th Amendment, saying that the "birthright citizenship" clause does not apply to children of non-citizens.

A federal judge on Thursday temporarily blocked President Donald Trump's executive order ending the constitutional guarantee of birthright citizenship regardless of the parents' immigration status.
U.S. District Judge John C. Coughenour ruled in the case brought by the states of Washington, Arizona, Illinois and Oregon, which argue the 14th Amendment and Supreme Court case law have cemented birthright citizenship.
This is one of five suits brought by leftist states who want to extend citizenship rights to children who just happen to be born in this country as anchor babies.
The judge has only placed a temporary hold, but this will help bring the case through the appeals courts and, hopefully, to the Supreme Court.
