Biden accepted Trump's debate challenge today and shortly afterward we discovered that the first debate would be on CNN in just over a month. And it will be in studio, with NO audience if Biden has his way.
Yes, it should be in studio, with no audience so that candidates can clearly articulate their visions for the country ...
Yeah, he knows Biden would be eaten alive if an audience was allowed in and if the CNN moderators weren't allowed to run roughshod over Trump.
Listen, it's Donald Trump who said he would do this anytime, anywhere, and place. So I don't think that they should have any problems with what we've proposed.
And Joe has to be in bed by 10!
I'm sure this will be the most fair debate ever!
