It's nice to see that this ...
... may be becoming a trend:
The announcement alleges Pfizer mislead Kansans on vaccine risks, such as with pregnant women and myocarditis, and that Pfizer claimed the vaccines protected against COVID variants when data showed differently.
This isn't just idle talk. By mid-2021 authorities were saying that the COVID vaccine, including Pfizer's, was safe for pregnant women to take. But Kansas AG Kobach says that determination was far too optimistic.
Christian journalist Megan Basham, who covered the push by church leaders to get parishioners to follow the U.S. government's mandates, had thoughts:
Miscarriages, infertility, stillbirth โ all potentially side effects of the COVID-19 vaccine? And Pfizer and their pals, even in churches, were just like:
Kobach also alleges that Pfizer "coordinated with social media officials to censor speech critical of COVID-19 vaccines and declined to participate in the federal government's vaccine development program, Operation Warp Speed, to avoid government oversight."
Let's hope we get some answers out of this lawsuit โ and maybe a jail sentence or two, if it's warranted.
