Remember the 8th-grader who was barred from sporting events because he wore eye black to a game? His parents are suing his principal.

Remember this kid?

Little man received a 2-day suspension for wearing that eye black to a football game. Oh, and the school barred him from all future sporting events, too. Well, now his parents are suing the school's principal and a few others who were responsible for his punishment.

GOOD!

The middle schooler wore eye paint at a high school football game back in October. One week after the game, he was called into the office and suspended for wearing "blackface."

Don't forget, he was also barred from attending future sporting events.

From the lawyer:

We're suing the principal directly, the superintendent, and then the people who made the decision to rubber stamp the principal's ridiculous decision to suspend JA.

Kid shows up to a football game to support his team, puts on eye black similar to how many athletes of today wear it, and then gets punished for wearing "blackface"??

Give me a break!!

I mean look at this:

That's not even half blackface!

This whole antiracism mumbo jumbo needs to end. Maybe this lawsuit will be a wakeup call for this school and schools like it who push this fake outrage โ€” though I highly doubt it.

This kid has had his life ruined over some eye black, and that's what he'll always be remembered for: as the eye black kid.

That's just straight-up embarrassing, and the people responsible for this disgrace are about to pay.
