The media ran a hit piece on Chip and Joanna Gaines for donating $1,000 "to campaign against critical race theory in schools" ... it was for Chip's sister who is running for her local school board 🤦‍♂️

There's nothing quite like the media attacking a loving Christian couple:

Think about this for a moment. A veritable throng of celebs have donated to CRT. Those donations don't make national news, but this wholesome Texas family is thrust into the limelight for their religious and political beliefs.

You may ask what the media's goal is here.

I'll let Mara Mara and Linda explain, since they are the target audience:

You see, Jojo remains popular among suburban white woman - as indicated by her Magnolia line at Target - and so the media must crush her for not being woke.

Just think of what might happen to those suburban moms if they have Christian role models and realize woke ideologies are destroying their communities in the name of kindness!

But that's not even the worst of it.

That candidate who's against Critical Race Theory?

Yeah, it‘s Chip's sister.

Aaand it was only $1,000. Aaand it was for a school board campaign.

So here's an alternative headline for what was worthy of a national smear campaign:

"Chip Gaines gives $1,000 to sister for her to campaign for local school board."

Our establishment media is the enemy of the people and exists to gain power for woke ideologues. Prove me wrong.

It's also worth noting that the school isn't even considering adopting CRT, so it really isn't a part of her campaign as much as a personal belief that CRT will destroy our nation by making us hate each other.

(You know, a belief that at least half the nation holds and that many more will hold once they figure out what CRT actually is.)

Without even reading the article, The Hill's summary even shows this is a non-story:

Seriously, how trashy is this hit piece???

It was all about the headline: about generating sensation so that they would get clicks and hurting a genuinely nice couple in the public eye.

Fortunately, that seemed to largely backfire on The Hill, because people are tired of this crud. They overwhelmingly supported the couple in comments and retweets.

If you want to donate to Chip's sister, she certainly has a platform now!
