The REAL disaster with the Ohio crisis? According to the NYT, it's that you don't believe the narrative.

The situation:

A train with dangerous chemicals crashes and explodes, creating a mushroom cloud of toxins that is poisoning water and air for hundreds of miles around. The president's EPA chief takes 13 days to finally visit the site as the White House denies requests for federal aid. Viral videos show dead animals and rainbow-colored water as far as the eye can see.

The problem?

You're paying attention to a problem the government already told you not to pay attention to!

Yes, the real story here isn't the story itself.

It's you little people – especially those pouncing Republicans!

Americans to the media/government about sowing distrust:

But really:

Man, how times (haven't) changed.

The New York Times will support all sorts of green agendas and tell you how cow farts will kill you.

But when there is a real-life ecological disaster with plumes of toxic gas spreading over the homes of millions of Americans, they view it as their duty to defend the integrity of the government!

At least their story has been ratio'd to heck and back!

Yes, Faramir smoking a Marlboro got more likes than a NYT tweet. Praise the Lord.

They'll tell you not to pay attention to the giant mushroom cloud in the sky because it would make big government look bad.

But the government would never lie to you to protect their own behinds, right?

The hatred these leftist "journalists" have for you is beyond imagination.
