There are 30 Major League Baseball teams in the US and Canada and every single one of them hosts a special "Pride" theme night to celebrate homosexuality and the LGBT revolution.
Every team except the Texas Rangers, that is.
And the unbiased and neutral Associated Press wants to know why they haven't bent the knee:
LGBT activists have infiltrated 29 out of 30 MLB teams, but the major problem is that they don't have 100% compliance.
The Rangers are holding out because Arlington, Texas franchise isn't run by a bunch of weenies who will go along with the latest political trends just because everybody else is.
The Rangers have actually NEVER hosted a "Pride Night," much to the consternation of the journalist class.
The team has been consistent with its response when asked: "Our commitment is to make everyone feel welcome and included in Rangers baseball. That means in our ballpark, at every game, and in all we do — for both our fans and our employees. We deliver on that promise across our many programs to have a positive impact across our entire community."
The Rangers happen to be in the heart of Texas.
And they think that hosting a night honoring sexual identities would probably offend a big portion of their fan base.
Of course, according to the AP, it's mean old Greg Abbott and Texas Republicans and their hateful bigotry to blame.
Texas has been dominated by Republicans for a generation, and state lawmakers and Gov. Greg Abbott this year joined the push from many conservative states to limit LBGTQ+ rights.
The Legislature this year passed new laws expanding definitions of prohibited sexual content in public performances and in school books, and activists fear those measures will be used to target drag shows and ban LGBTQ+ literature from libraries and classrooms.
You can't strip in front of kids anymore in Texas, so the Rangers are being evil by not celebrating LGBT behavior at a baseball game.
If only there were another team in Texas that celebrates gay pride!
Maybe it's not because of evil Texas Republicans after all. The Rangers just know it's bad for business.
But the AP thinks the real problem is that The Rangers refuse to wear the ribbon.
The Left has to have TOTAL compliance and this one stubborn franchise is driving them crazy.
You love to see it.
Go Rangers!
