"Rot in hell" and "rest in piss": The toLerAnT Left mocks Rush Limbaugh after his death
· Feb 17, 2021 · NottheBee.com

Remember how ISIS leader Abu Al-Baghdadi was called an "austere religious scholar" by the Washington Post?

Welp, here's the title they gave Rush Limbaugh:

The New York Times was just as bad:

HuffPost, not wanting to be left out, went all out:

And here's the Daily Beast just for fun:

Former rEpUbLiCaN cOnGrEssMaN Joe Walsh took Rush's death as a political opportunity to say conservatives are "no longer interested in truth" (as opposed to the Leftist creeds of sCiEnCe, 2+2 = White Privilege, historical revisionism, abortion, Marxism, and godlessness).

Variety called him a "firebrand," while Bloomberg called him "controversial."

All of this, mind you, is coming from the far-left side of our sociopolitical aisle.

These are the "unity and healing" folks, the "tolerance" police, our morally superior betters who stand on the "right side" of history.

I grew up listening to Rush in the car. He was an icon, and if a firebrand, because he was pretty much the only person standing against the massive shift of all our major institutions into secular Marxism back in the 90s and 00s. There was no Breitbart News or PragerU. There was no Ben Shapiro, Dan Bongino, Allie Stuckey, Charlie Kirk, Jordan Peterson, Candace Owens, Dave Rubin, or Steven Crowder.

There was Rush, and then there was pretty much everybody else – those who sneered at Americans who would dare have a non-politically correct opinion on liberty, society, and government.

The Twitterverse's reaction to Rush's passing was, of course, gleeful.

The hashtags "Satan," "Rest in Piss," and "Rot in Hell" were trending shortly after the news broke, pushed along by the elite blue checkmarks:

These people consider Rush and all like him to be the scum of the earth while considering themselves next to God Himself. Actually, strike that: since they neither acknowledge or honor God, they consider themselves to be gods, and expect your prostration as they celebrate the death of those they hate:

Keep in mind, this was the PG stuff that was appropriate to post here. You don't want to see the other comments, believe me.

What do you think the late night talk show hosts will have to say later tonight? What about celebs and leftist politicians? Raise your hand if you think their reaction will be any different.

What a time to be alive, folks.

Rest in peace, Rush. Thank you for everything.
