Apparently literally everyone in the U.K. is enthralled by a new Netflix series, Adolescence, which seeks to portray how young men are being turned into violent misogynists.
It's a political series we've covered here before.
And if you're a Brit who HASN'T watched this series then, well, you really are an awful person. At least according to the vibe at the BBC.
British MP and Conservative Opposition Leader Kemi Badenoch found this out on live television.
Interviewer 1: Have you watched Adolescence yet?
Kemi Badenoch: No, no I haven't. I probably won't. It's a film on Netflix and most of my time right now is spent visiting the country.
Interviewer 2: It's a four-part series on Netflix and everyone is talking about it. It is prompting conversations about toxic masculinity, smartphone use, young men feeling that they're being ignored, the idea of misogyny being increased in school. Why did you not want to know what people are talking about?

The female interviewer was legit triggered that she didn't know that it was a series and not a movie!
She attacked Kemi Badenoch for not watching a FICTIONAL STORY made up by woke TV producers pushing a leftist agenda!
You'd think Badenoch was saying she thought Earth was flat or something!
Kemi Badenoch: I don't need to watch a specific Netflix drama to know what is going on. It's a fictional series, it's not a documentary ...
Interviewer 2: The difference this documentary has made compared to a politician, any politician, the leader of the party, the Prime Minister going around talking in schools, this has made much more of an impact than any politician has ... so it's really confusing you don't want to know why, how this has made an impact.
IT'S A FICTIONAL NETFLIX SERIES!
Get ahold of yourself, lady! Not everyone has to watch your favorite show!

Badenoch tries to bring it back to reality, talking about the REAL Muslim grooming gangs and the REAL scandal that they won't be investigated.
And these two jackwagons can't get past the Netflix show!
Interviewer 1: And do you stand by the thing you just said a moment ago, you're comparing 'Adolescence' with 'Casualty,' these two TV programs? Did you really mean to say that?

Kemi Badenoch: My job is not to watch lots of TV ...
Ladies and gentlemen, this is a perfect example of how far removed the media is from reality compared to actual human beings on the ground.
I'll leave you with this:
