These two fine lads decided to visit their local McDonalds for some grub, but quickly found themselves caught in the crossfire of a police shootout:

[Warning: Graphic, Language]

You seriously have to admire his dedication to finishing that cookie while literally being in the line of fire.

The above incident happened in Georgetown, Kentucky earlier this month. Officers responded to a man who was attempting to carjack vehicles and confronted him at said McDonalds.

The suspect (who was ultimately killed) opened fire at the police and barricaded himself behind the door of a vehicle in the drive thru, which can be seen directly behind the men's car:

Another angle of this moment can be seen here.

The original poster, Tyler Newell, said in a followup video that he and his friend Zach decided to get a quick breakfast on their way to golf "because Zach had some coupons."

Newell joked that his "tours" in Call of Duty prepared him to deal with the life-or-death scenario.

If you're wondering why he dubbed "Mission Impossible" music over the clip, Newell said he thought of the scene in Rogue Nation where Tom Cruise escapes the bad guys by using the backup cam to drive backwards.

The real irony though is that these bros had a choice between Chick-Fil-A and McDonalds...and chose McDonalds.

"Next time we're going to Chick-Fil-A," said Newell. "This kind of stuff never happens at Chick-fil-A. The employees would come out of the building and shield us from the bullets at Chick-fil-A."

TRUTH.
