How about this for an accomplishment?
The Alexandria High School Valley Cubs won two state championships in a single day this week!
The day began with the Alexandria ladies' golf team taking home the Class 5A state golf championship and ended with the high school baseball team taking home the 5A baseball title later that afternoon.
A winning day had only just begun.
The AHS baseball team ended up sweeping Mobile Christian in the championship series, capped off by an 8-2 victory in the state finals.

I mean, state championships don't come around every day.
But two in a single day, that's almost unheard of.
