The trucker was illegally parked and apparently ASLEEP.
This dude doesn't speak a lick of the English language and he can't identify road signs that you MUST know if you're going to be driving around a 30,000-pound death machine.
At one point, he was asked about a pedestrian crossing sign:
He said it was "two people ... maybe girl, maybe woman."
You think any Americans are safe while guys like that are behind the wheels of semi trucks??
I mean this sincerely: Be careful out there.
