The City of Tiburon, California, says this is an isolated incident, but I kinda don't care. They'll fine food vendors $100 for the first offense of not sorting trash, $200 the second time, and $500 thereafter.
But what about when their own trash men break the rule?
So are we handing this trash man a $100 fine, then?

You're out here encouraging your citizens to sort their refuse and straight-up fining food vendors who don't, and this guy gets a pass???
