This dude was trying to use an orangutan to make a viral video but unfortunately the orangutan had other plans

Orangutans are extremely smart and extremely strong and this could have legit resulted in very serious injuries.

Here's the background:

Hasanal Arifin hopped an enclosure fence at the Kasang Kulim Zoo in the Riau province of Indonesia, Newsflare reported. The 19-year-old allegedly taunted the resident orangutan — and that's when the peeved primate grabbed him by the shirt and yanked him toward the cage...

"The visitor wanted to take a video [and] create content without permission," an outraged zookeeper identified only as Ides told the outlet. "He crossed the safety distance barrier. This is very dangerous and violates the rules. We have already reprimanded the man. Please take the rules seriously."

"We have already reprimanded the man." I think the orangutan took care of that!

The man got lucky:

Arifin, who didn't suffer any injuries, was saved by a passerby who alerted staffers immediately and managed to calm the the creature down until they arrived.

That's a major bullet dodged. As one Twitter commenter put it:

Orangutans are very strong apes, around five to seven times stronger than humans. They can lift up to 500 pounds, which is about three times their own body weight. Orangutans also have a strong bite force – around 575 PSI. An orangutan's grip strength is about 600 pounds…

I bet he won't do that again. And now none of us will either!
