Daniel Murillo of Tampa, Florida, maybe should have thought about his wardrobe a little better before getting into an argument.
His shirt read:
I Never Argue
But his actions showed that he argued with a 24-year-old woman in a BMW outside a Kissimmee Econo Lodge, and the argument got physical.
The couple were apparently on a trip when their vehicle broke down. They were staying at the hotel until they could get it fixed but ran out of money.
They then moved into the broken down car, and apparently the stress of the experience got to them.
By the time police arrived, the woman had several lumps on her head. Murillo told police that the woman started the physical altercation when he told her mom about her.
Daniel stated that the physical altercation occurred differently than what [redacted] described. Daniel claimed that the argument started because [redacted] was upset over the situation and blamed him. He further reported that [redacted] had threatened to physically harm him, which caused him to text her mother about the threats. Daniel stated that this made [redacted] even more irate, resulting in her punching him in the face.
He responded by punching her back.
I have got to say that's a pretty lame response.
He also says she threw urine at him from a cup they had in their car.
In the end, the police made Murillo hand over his "I Never Argue" shirt in exchange for a jump suit.
It was clearly a power too great for him to bear.
