If I had to sum up California's current status in a single video, this clip from Wednesday would be it:

[Warning: Graphic]

Yup, California's doing great these days.

You've got two worlds: The BlueAnon wealth class that still thinks California is this awesome place to do business and play ball, and everyone else who is descending into abject poverty, addiction, and insanity.

Then you have a vanishing class of gamerbro normies who have no idea how to respond to the walls of ever-looming crisis pushing in around them, like the dude who CHUCKED THE BIKE AT THE GUY.

From the NY Post:

The public self-immolation was reported to authorities at 4:17 p.m. after a young man completely engulfed in flames was seen walking at Sproul Plaza on campus.

Bystander videos that are circulating on social media show onlookers trying to come to the man's aid by pouring water on him and swatting at the flames with their jackets.

Officers with the UC Berkeley Police Department and Berkeley firefighters arrived and got the situation under control, after which the victim was taken to Highland Hospital in Oakland.

The Berkeley Scanner reported that the unnamed victim, believed to be in his 20s, suffered second- and third-degree burns over most of his body.

A woman in her 40s who attempted to help the man was hospitalized with minor injuries, while another good Samaritan who also tried to render aid was treated for burns at the scene and released.

One of the few remaining local business owners in the Bay Area reportedly ran out with a fire extinguisher and put the flames out, but even after that the police had trouble getting the guy on the ground.

The crazed man is currently being treated at the hospital.

Pray for California, ladies and gentlemen.
