This high school football team was down 24-7 with 69 seconds left in the game and somehow came back to win. Yes, there's an ESPN broadcast to prove it.

There's no way this was staged, but this seems staged.

Bishop Gorman (Nevada) was up 24-7 on Hamilton (Arizona) with just 1:09 remaining in Friday night's game. Somehow—and I'm still having trouble taking this in—Hamilton came back to win, 25-24.

UNBELIEVABLE!

Here's the highlight reel:

All it took was:

  • A field goal at 1:09 to cut the lead to 14.
  • A successful onside kick.
  • A touchdown at 0:29 cut the lead to seven.
  • Another successful onside kick.
  • A touchdown with eight seconds left in the game to make it 24-23.
  • Coach felt really lucky and went for two, which was successful.

And the boys won the game 25-24.

WOW!!

That's what high school football is all about!!!

Go Huskies!
