Ol' Joe agreed with his clean and articulate pal, saying this on "Face the Nation":

First of all, notice how articulate Joe Biden was a decade ago compared to now.

Anyway, two years after this clip, Russia invaded Crimea and conquered it. Then they proceeded to dominate energy production in Europe, with their new Nord Stream 2 pipeline that would circumvent Ukraine and Poland, allowing them even greater dominance. They remain a massive nuclear power, have developed new hypersonic missile capacities, and are allied closer with communist China.

Now, they appear set to conquer two new regions of Ukraine with the largest mobilization of troops since WWII.

While I might point out that China is actually our greatest threat, you've got to give it to Joe Biden for continuously being wrong on every foreign policy position over the last half century!
