Can you imagine getting stuck in an airplane bathroom for an entire hour? That's what happened to this passenger as he traveled from Mumbai to Bengaluru on Wednesday.

Talk about a 💩 situation!

Now, I've never actually sat down on an airplane toilet, but this situation called for just that. And the claustrophobia this man no doubt experienced inside that airplane bathroom must've been intense.

A whole hour he spent in there!

A malfunction on a SpiceJet flight caused a passenger to be trapped in the bathroom for over an hour.

The man was on his way from Mumbai to Bengaluru on Wednesday when he became trapped in the bathroom, due to a broken lock. Spice Air flight crew members were unable to get the man out until they landed and Bengaluru airport technicians intervened.

So while he was stuck in the bathroom the flight crew was sort of talking him through it, telling him to remain calm and what not. They even passed this note under the door.

Sir we tried our best to open the door, however we could not open. Do not panic, we are landing in few mins, so please close the commode lid and sit on it and secure urself. As soon as the main door is open engineer will come. do not panic.

"Do not panic."

Bro, tell me not to panic just one more time and I promise you I'm going full panic mode and knocking this door right off its hinges.

So yeah, the guy had to sit down on the toilet, luckily with the lid down.

Eventually, once the plane landed, they did get an engineer in there to fix the lock and the man was freed.

Spice Air refunded his ticket, but to me that's not even close to enough. Fly me to Maldives or something; get me a full vacation.

You just made me to sit in an airplane bathroom for an hour!!!
