A 56 year-old woman was just minding her own business, planting flowers, trying to beautify the city, when this psycho walks up and kicked her in the face for no reason.

He hit her so hard that she suffered 10 fractures in her face. Apparently, the guy attacked ANOTHER random woman on a bus and an arrest has since been made.
Knowing Seattle, however, he'll be back out on the streets before Monday.
