What do you do when you've invested your life and all your money in a small business, only for thugs to try two separate times to break into it and ruin everything you've worked for?

That's what the owner of Smokers R Us (yes, really) in Albuquerque decided to do:
The store owner said he started sleeping in the shop after two prior break-in attempts before the location was even open for business.
So that's what he did. He had a gun, too, as you might expect. And sure enough, after a while an enterprising young criminal decided he was going to literally tunnel into the shop. The owner was reportedly alerted to this attempt around 3am when he heard a "scratching sound in the wall:"
One hour later, a man wielding a large hammer and what looked like an ax burst through the wall.
The shop owner claims he grabbed his gun and told the man to get out, only for the intruder to come toward him. The businessman said he then opened fire and called the police.
Dude was ready.
After the incident, the store owner will be "patching up the hole and will be installing cameras."
