This Texas rancher just offered Elon Musk 100 acres to move Twitter's HQ from San Fran to Austin

Just imagine if California had stuck to protecting people's rights instead of mandating their woke cult from the halls of power. Think of how much business revenue they'd be getting from Tesla alone if they hadn't gone full commie over Covid.

What happens if they start losing the tax revenue from Big Tech too??

Jim Schwertner of Schwertner Farms just north of Austin had this offer for Elon on Tuesday:

It's easy to laugh at an offer like this from a random person, but consider a few things:

  1. Elon moved Tesla's headquarters and "gigafactory" – the largest factory in the world – from Palo Alto to Austin last year.
  2. Elon's SpaceX is still headquartered in Hawthorne, California (for the moment), but its primary rocket production and launch facilities are located on the ocean in Boca Chica, Texas, just feet away from the Mexican border.
  3. Elon has a tiny house in Boca Chica near the launchpad, and has at least one personal friend in Austin through PayPal cofounder Ken Howery.
  4. Austin has the perfect blend of liberal virtue signaling and conservative freedom woke millennial geeks love to feed off of (until they've elected enough leftists to ruin wherever they go), which is why the city is currently seeing a lot of tech companies move there. As an example, Facebook's new Meta company just announced that it would rent half of a 66-floor skyscraper in Austin, and TikTok made a similar announcement.
  5. Perhaps most importantly, Elon actually has a company in Williamson County north of Austin – the Boring Company, which makes transit systems and cool flamethrowers.

More from the Houston Chronicle:

Schwertner oversees farming and ranching on 20,000 acres of land just north of Georgetown, according to Austonia's Andrea Guzmán. He said that the move would be a "win-win for everybody," adding that a business like Twitter would bring a lot of jobs and boost the economy.

"We think it's a good idea, especially when you've got Samsung coming to Taylor," Schwertner told Austonia. "I mean, this area is exploding and we want to be part of this explosive growth."

We are literally watching the decline of California (and the leftist east coast), and the rise of Texas (and everywhere else that hasn't been ruined by leftist policies).

Just think of how triggered the woke Twitter employees would be if they learned they have to move to Texas to keep their jobs!
