This tornado outbreak in the Midwest on Friday is legit like nothing we've ever seen

This is an unfortunately all-too-familiar news report in the U.S. during the spring and summer:

Destructive tornadoes gutted homes as they plowed through Nebraska and Iowa, and the dangerous storm threat could escalate Saturday as tornado-spawning storms pose a risk from Michigan to Texas.

Reading about it is one thing. But seeing it is...something else entirely:

These fellows were lucky enough to ride a nade out while in a locomotive (language warning):

Amazingly, one news station's camera took a direct hit from a twister:

The destruction left by the twisters, meanwhile, was jaw-dropping:

Prayers for all hit by these storms. Stay frosty today, more are expected.
