This is so, so sad on a level I can't adequately describe.
Just a tiny bit of fentanyl exposure is enough to send you to the hospital (or kill you). One gram could kill hundreds of people.
But he's just lighting up next to a young boy and blowing that poison in people's faces.
At one point, a security officer seems to walk by. He just smiles and keeps walking.
