It was a totally normal day in pro-abortion America yesterday, one in which activists targeted a Supreme Court justice while he and his family were out having a normal dinner:
Brett Kavanaugh snuck out the back of a restaurant in Washington DC to avoid abortion rights protesters who had received a tip that he was eating there.
The demonstrators were told that the Supreme Court justice was eating at Morton's restaurant in the capital's downtown area.
They showed up in front of the restaurant and the organisers later tweeted that Mr Kavanaugh left through the back of the building, Politico reported.
Just an honest, simple question to our nation's rabid, unhinged pro-abortion activists:
But it goes beyond that. Morton's the Steakhouse took the absolutely defensible approach of criticizing the protesters who targeted one of their patrons during dinner:
"Politics, regardless of your side or views, should not trample the freedom at play of the right to congregate and eat dinner. There is a time and place for everything. Disturbing the dinner of all of our customers was an act of selfishness and void of decency."
Along with Kavanaugh's having eaten at the restaurant, this completely sensible rebuke so thoroughly enraged pro-abortion protesters that they're now trying to, I guess, bankrupt Morton's in DC:
Thankfully, the restaurant appeared to have caught on by Friday morning:
As for the Google reviews...
Next time you're in D.C., try Morton's—it's a great meal and they'll stick up for you if you're targeted by unhinged leftists!
