New video shows likely Georgia Guidestone bomber, who has now been labelled a domestic terrorist

On Thursday, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation released more video that, supposedly, shows the person who set the explosives that blew up the controversial Georgia Guidestones.

Yeah, that's pretty quick. Obviously, this gives us no real indication who planted the explosive.

The GBI followed up by giving us a closer look and explaining why authorities decided to tear down the whole monument.

Yeah, that closer look didn't help.

But one wise guy thinks he's found the culprit.

That was a classic Naruto run.

According to NBC, the prosecutors in Georgia are saying that they are treating this act of vandalism as a case of domestic terrorism.

A Georgia prosecutor described the apparent targeting of a mysterious monument with an explosive device as an "act of domestic terrorism," saying Thursday that the alleged crime was aimed at the county authorities that own the site.

"The destruction of a public building by explosive is inherently intended to influence the actions of the governing authority that owns the structure," Parks White, the Northern Judicial Circuit district attorney, said in an email about the Wednesday explosion of the Georgia Guidestones.

"The use of violence to sway or alter the behavior of any government agency is terrorism," said White, whose office would handle a potential prosecution.

Given the fact that the person who destroyed the monument is unidentified, and no one has claimed responsibility, it does seem odd that the Georgia officials are automatically assuming it's terrorism.

Even by the definition given by White, we don't know if this fits the bill.

For now, the investigation appears to be wide open.

The question of who brought down the Guidestones is now as mysterious as the monument's origins.
