You know, the people in East Palestine don't even have clean drinking water and, only after Trump's visit, are they now getting any federal aid.

First off, how can the treasury secretary just pledge $10 billion like this? Doesn't Congress need to approve it? Just because you're over the treasury doesn't make the money yours, right?
Second, to what end? Will there EVER be any oversight of this money? Where exactly is it going?
And is there even a possible, viable solution in Ukraine? Are they just going to keep fighting Russia forever or until Russia gives up?
Lord forbid you talk about peace or compromise.
