Our boys in uniform may not be missing a paycheck during the government shutdown.
A friend of mine, a man that's great, I'm not going to use his name unless he lets me do it ... He called us the other day and said, 'I'd like to contribute any shortfall you have because of the Democratic shutdown ... with the military ... if there's a shortfall I'll contribute.' And today he sent us a check for $130 million ... that's what I call a patriot.
Truly an incredible patriot. I hope we learn who this is.
Troops will receive back pay once the government reopens. Essential troops and other national security services are still operating amid the shutdown.
