Trump to Baptist group: “You just can’t vote Democrat. They’re against religion. They’re against your religion in particular."
· Jun 11, 2024 · NottheBee.com

President Trump sent a pre-recorded message to the Danbury Institute, an evangelical group, and told them how to vote.

Once upon a time, a comment like this would upset me. The Tim Keller and Mark Dever on my shoulders like little angels would be telling me that telling Christians how to vote is wrong.

But it's 2024, so I just have to say ... where is the lie?

You just can't vote Democrat. They're against religion. They're against your religion in particular. You cannot vote for Democrats, and you have to get out and vote. We have to defend religious liberty, free speech, innocent life, and the heritage and tradition that built America into the greatest nation in the history of the world.

Republicans aren't perfect. Far from it. And Donald Trump might be even worse than most. But is there any justification to vote for the party of trans-ing kids, aborting babies, destroying the border, and replacing American heritage and our religious traditions with the new religions of leftist race, sex, and gender politics called wokeness?

I'm sorry if the words offend you. But please, tell me where Trump is wrong here.
