This just happened:

Twitter just locked Trump out of his account for 12 hours at least. He will only be let back into his account after 12 hours if he deletes the three tweets they specified as breaking their rules. And if he violates any other rules they will banhammer him for life.

And, they said he is no longer subject to the normal rules. "Our public interest policy — which has guided our enforcement action in this area for years — ends where we believe the risk of harm is higher and/or more severe."

Yes, Twitter said, they will even include in their considerations any and all "statements made off Twitter."

It seems clear that they've already made up their minds ... and Donald J. Trump will never tweet again.
