You guys, Canada is not a serious country.

Lily Sullivan, 6, and her brother, Jack, 4, have been missing since 10 a.m. on Friday. Multiple agencies are on the search in Nova Scotia, including the Civil Air Search and Rescue Association, the Department of Natural Resources Air Services, RCMP Police Dog Services and RCMP Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems operators.

However, when police held a press conference concerning the missing children, it started not with information on the missing children, but with, for some reason, a land acknowledgement.

Watch:

First, I acknowledge that we are in Mi'kma'ki, the traditional and unceded ancestral territory of the Mi'kmaq people. I also recognize that African Nova Scotians are a distinct people, whose histories, legacies, and contributions have enriched that part of Mi'kma'ki known as Nova Scotia for over 400 years.

"African Nova Scotians"

So first we talk about the land and how it belongs to indigenous people, even though Canada will keep it and never give it back, and then we move on to Lily and Jack who've been missing for five days, now six???

The children remain missing, and the search is still on 🙏

As for Canada? Canada is simply lost.
