In addition to the COVID-19 pandemic, the United States has also been dealing with a localized epidemic of Anthony Fauci interviews. Rare was the day when the man didn't make an appearance on some sort of media or news show.

He was everywhere, all the time. You couldn't get away from him.

Now... well... where is he?

Seriously! Fauci has kinda dropped off the face of the earth. He's gone from being omnipresent to being neither omni nor present.

Consider, for example, the man's news appearances as listed by his own federal office: "Dr. Anthony Fauci in the News" chronicled 27 media appearances in November, a whopping 40 appearances in December, before dropping off to 17 in January, then a measly 11 in February—and no posts at all, none, since Feb. 17!

I mean... poof! He's gone.

A similar search of Google reveals his most recent media appearances as apparently having taken place mid-last month.

Social media users, meanwhile, have been noting his rapid disappearance from public life:

Should we put out, like, a missing persons bulletin or an Amber Alert or something?

Seriously... where is Dr. Fauci??

(Not that we want him to come back on the scene, of course. He's welcome to never do another interview again. We're just curious!)
