Well, it's about time.
That lady who vandalized a pro-life group's display, cussed them out, then threatened a New York Post reporter with a machete was just canned by Hunter College.
The art professor at Hunter College in New York was obviously unstable from the original video that showed her to violently act out because some students said that killing children is bad.
Then she continued to display mostly peaceful leftism when she brandished a machete and threatened to murder a New York Post journalist, even chasing him outside the building with the weapon.
Hunter College finally did the right thing and sent the violent professor packing.
On Tuesday, college spokesman Vince DiMiceli told the Catholic News Agency that Rodriguez's actions were "unacceptable" and she was fired.
"Hunter College strongly condemns the unacceptable actions of Shellyne Rodriguez, and has taken immediate action," DiMiceli said. "Rodriguez has been relieved of her duties at Hunter College effective immediately, and will not be returning to teach at the school."
This is a good result, but unless I'm mistaken, I think that threatening to kill someone with a machete is not just inappropriate but also against the law.
But this is New York, so I'm not holding my breath waiting for DA Alvin Bragg to charge her. He's got bigger fish to fry, like Marines who stopped violent perps on the subway.
