Well this lady seems sane!
A Utah woman, in an apparent mental health episode, climbed a high-powered transformer in an electrical substation and somehow didn't get fried to a crisp. She then went on a rant about how the world is no longer safe for her or her future children, and I can only assume why that is.

The power company thankfully shut down the station, leaving 800 homes without power while police tried to get her down.
Eventually, police had to coax the hysterical woman down by shooting her with a non-lethal rubber bullet.
What's even weirder about this case is what an eyewitness heard the woman ranting about, as seen here in the local news coverage of the incident
'It sounded like she was just really mad at the world, it's not a safe place for her... it's not safe for the future children.'
So yeah, we have a serious mental health crisis in this country.
