So Walmart is selling this tiny 19'x20' home and I can't tell if I like it or not.
Look at this lil guy!
The place has a bathroom, bedroom, living room, dining room, and a kitchen.
Of course, it comes unfurnished, and without appliances.

Due to the extra large size, the product will be shipped via flatbed trucks, and it is customers' responsibilities to unload the product from the trucks. Please have forklifts or crane ready to unload. Please make sure the forklift has enough capacity to unload and balance the product when unloading. A crane is recommended.
You gotta have a forklift ready and everything!
And if your forklift isn't strong enough they recommend a crane!
First time I've ever heard of a Walmart product that required a crane for the setup!
They also recommend filling the legs of the home with concrete, probably so it doesn't blow away during a thunderstorm.
We highly recommend pouring concrete on the legs to maximize the stability. Please don't stay inside in extreme weather conditions (storms, tornados, hurricanes, floods, blizzards, etc). Snow Load: The unit is designed for outside usage and can withstand a heavy snow load. The unit is safe before the snow reaches 6.6ft high on the roof. However, it is recommended that take off the snow in time and don't stay inside in extreme weather conditions (storms, tornados, hurricanes, floods, blizzards, etc).
In other words, don't buy this thing if you actually want to live in it.
