I'm being legitimately serious here: Can't they have somebody just walk up and down the stairs with him at this point? Are they really going to make him keep doing it alone?

Biden's years-long battle with stairs is so well-known that it's become a meme in and of itself:

For real, though: How long are they going to keep letting this old fellow go solo on the stairs? It's actually really dangerous. He has legitimate trouble walking up stairs and if he falls he's going to shatter his wrist or give himself a compound ankle fracture or crack his head open.
