This is pretty awesome to see.
During yesterday's Gasparilla Bowl, a non-scholarship walk-on came in to the game and scored his first career touchdown. This walk-on also happens to be Anthony Rubio, son of Senator and soon-to-be Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
The scene was electric!
I don't think anyone on that team gives a crap who his dad is. They're just excited that the kid got a real chance to play in a game and score a touchdown.
It's always exciting when the scrubs get the spotlight.
And Marco Rubio is absolutely a proud dad.
It's gotta be exciting, as a father, to see a team that loves your son.
And for Anthony, well, all glory goes to God.
