Watch: Swedish strongman throws a washing machine 14 feet and breaks a world record

There's a reason the Vikings were such a feared group. Meet Swedish strong man Johan Espenkrona.

Espenkrona just destroyed a Guinness World Record for throwing washing machines.

Yes, Washing Machines.

The feat was accomplished in a head-to-head competition with Dutch strongman Kelvin de Ruiter. Here's the video:

Espendrona threw his washing machine 14 feet and 7 inches, pretty much the length of the average bedroom.

And if you review the footage, the winning toss was a machine still carrying water!

Now imagine you're an English monk minding your own business in an Abbey on the coast, and this monster shows up at your door dressed like this.

Terrifying!
