Ol' Kamala Harris and totally-objective-journalist Rachel Maddow got chummy during an interview Wednesday as they discussed the fly that landed on Mike Pence's head during the recent vice presidential debate.

Watch as America's potential next Vice President (oh, who am I kidding – she's the potential next Commander-in-Chief) lets loose her signature Joker-like cackle of glee at the incident.

"I would kick myself if I didn't just ask you... if you noticed the fly on Vice President Pence's head at the time during the debate," said Maddow.

The two went on to giggle like schoolgirls before Harris signaled to move away from the question.

"I think it's important that we kind of find a way all of us to move on and, you know, kind of fly away from this subject on to something else," said Harris as she laughs maniacally.

Yep, never mind that you answered zero solid policy questions at the debate, or that you were absolutely schooled Thunderdome-style by Pence, but keep on laughing, Kamala. It'll serve you well when Biden "accidentally" takes a tumble down the White House stairs on a stormy night.
