I may have seen worse customer service somewhere, but I'm not sure where.
This guy had a ticket for Frontier Airlines and missed the 60-minute deadline to check in. So he went and asked for help and ... it did not go well.
You didn't pay $25 for an agent assist fee. Hello?

According to one report, the customer was mad about the $25 fee and delayed check-in and muttered, "Never flying this sh***y airline again."
But I'm not sure what he could have possibly said to get this sort of treatment or anything other than, "I'm sorry, sir, there's nothing we can do. Have a nice day."
Instead they called the cops on him and had him escorted from the airport!
