Brent Robinson of Bass Lake, California was recently surprised to see footage of a young brown bear visiting his front porch and attempting to eat his doorbell camera.

Yikes! I would not want to open my door to that.

After a few good licks, and some nature channel-worthy footage of the bear's chompers, the juvenile bear decided the doorbell cam was not the tastiest meal, and he wandered off, his curiosity satisfied.

Robinson said this was a first for him (and probably a first for the bear as well).
