Guys, I don't want to get you too revved up here, but I've gotta let you know:
It looks like the Elon Musk vs Mark Zuckerberg cage fight might ACTUALLY happen.
UFC President Dana White confirmed that he, personally, has been in contact with Musk and Zuck who have both shown interest in participating in the first-ever tech billionaire celebrity cage match.
I was talking to both Elon and Mark last night, both guys are absolutely dead serious about this! They both want to do it! Mark Zukerberg hit me up first and said "is he serious?" and I said, I don't know, let me ask him. I asked him and he said, "yeah, I'm dead serious!"
And, guys, this isn't just Dana shooting his mouth off about this. In the replies to this tweet, Elon appears to confirm that he is DOWN for this fight:
White went on to explain just how HUGE this matchup would be in the world of entertainment:
This would be the biggest fight ever, in the history of the world.
I think a certain Hebrew shepherd who took down a certain Philistine giant might have a word about that, but still.
Bigger than anything that's ever been done. It would break all pay-per-view records. These guys would raise, you know, hundreds of millions of dollars for charity and, you know, you don't have to be a fight fan to be interested in this fight.
Everyone would want to see it!
Dana is right! Everyone would wanna see it!
