Well here's an absolutely horrible and disturbing story that's not going to make headlines anywhere else.
This mom in Rhode Island is being sued by the National Educator's Association, the biggest and most politically powerful teacher's union in the country, after she asked her child's school whether or not they were teaching radical gender theory.
The mom, Nicole Solas, wasn't allowed to ask questions without submitting a formal request, at an elementary school, so she just kept submitting requests because they continually refused to answer her questions.
The school board then threatened to sue, and brought her up at a public meeting to shame and embarrass her for questioning the authority of the state-sanctioned "educators."
Then the NEA actually did sue Solas.
This story originally took place way back in 2021, and Solas gave this testimony as part of an announcement of the GOP's Parental Bill of Rights being proposed by Leader McCarthy.
And while the Parental Bill of Rights might be a good step, public schools have many more problems that are nowhere close to being solved.
Others have a much more based solution:
I, personally, couldn't agree more.
