The H-1B visa program is supposed to help American companies attract global talent for highly specialized jobs (like neurosurgeons) that are difficult to fill domestically.

As Fox News' Will Cain points out, that's not what it does today:

EIGHTY PERCENT of H-1B visa approvals are for entry level or junior level jobs. That's a little hard to stomach when we hear that we're not talented enough or that we're not skilled enough for these jobs. When you consider that most of these jobs are either entry or junior level jobs.

None of these college educated guys could do entry or junior jobs as well as the Indian and Chinese immigrants?

Are we really attracting the best of the best, or are we just replacing U.S. workers with cheap foreign labor that allows companies to skirt labor laws?

Consider the cases of Charleroi, PA, and Springfield, Ohio, which have been pumped full of Haitian migrants in recent years:

It's happening everywhere. And it's been happening for a long time.
