Why does Biden's own party want to take away his sole authority to nuke whomever he pleases, and strip him of the power so many presidents before him have enjoyed?

They're blaming Trump, for sure, just liked they would blame Trump if they stubbed their toe.

I just can't help but wonder ... What else might it be?

Is there something else that has Joe's fellow Democrats concerned about his ability to handle the nuclear football?
