Welp, it seems like Joe Scarborough and his wife, Mika Brzezinski, have had a change of heart when it comes to President Donald Trump. After years of calling Trump and his followers Nazis and bigots, they decided it was time to go visit Trump at Mar-a-Lago and settle their differences.

‘In this meeting, President Trump was cheerful, he was upbeat, he seemed interested in finding common ground with Democrats on some of the most divisive issues.
'And for those asking why we would go speak to the president-elect during such fraught times, especially between us, I guess I would ask back, "Why wouldn't we?"'
Why wouldn't you?!?!
I mean, mostly because he's literally Hitler, or at least you've led us to believe this.
And what kind of a journalist would go out to Hitler's HQ and settle differences with Hitler?
It just doesn't seem like a normal thing to do.
Unless, of course, you've been lying to us about the Hitler thing and now you've got to make up for your outlet's sinking ratings by having a meeting with the most popular Republican president in our lifetime.
MSNBC needs the ratings back, and this time I don't think Trump-bashing is going to be the answer.
It worked well during Trump's first term, but if this shift from MSNBC tells us anything, it's that Republicans are winning the culture war and the mainstream media is desperate to get back to reality and start treating Republicans like the normies that we are.

Tough times ahead for Democrats, and by that I mean they're going to have to get back to doing real journalism instead of simply criticizing everything that Trump does as if it's the end of the world.
